Get editorial backlinks that stay live permanently and come with full placement reports

Slow, checked, permanent placements — the opposite of a bulk link package.

A backlink is a recommendation from one site to another. Treat it as anything less and you end up with a profile full of references nobody made on purpose. Our whole approach starts from taking that sentence literally, which turns out to rule out most of what gets sold as link building.

FAQ

Can you fix a profile somebody else built badly?

Often, yes. It usually starts with an audit and an unhappy conversation, and the first phase is subtraction rather than addition.

Who writes the content?

We do, to the publisher's brief. If you would rather supply drafts, we will edit them to the publisher's standard before submission.

How long before anything shows up in Ahrefs or Semrush?

Placement and indexation are different problems. A link can be live and correct for weeks before a crawler gets to that page, particularly on smaller publishers. We report the live URL on the day it publishes so you are never waiting on a tool to tell you the work happened.

Do you work with agencies under white label?

Yes. Reports can go out unbranded or under your own, and we are used to being the party that never speaks to the end client.

Where are you based?

The team is distributed across Europe, which is mostly why the outreach in Polish, Ukrainian, German and Spanish is done by people who actually speak those languages.

How do you price?

By placement, on the publisher, agreed before we start. There is no bulk discount for volume because volume is not what we are selling.

Are the links dofollow?

By default yes, and the report states the attribute for every placement. A natural profile contains a mix, so we do not treat a nofollow from a strong publisher as a failure.

Ways to work together

Scale

  • Capped by our capacity, not your budget
  • Dedicated publisher relationships
  • Digital PR campaigns included
  • White-label reporting
  • Direct line to the person doing the work

Audit

  • Full profile read
  • Competitor gap list
  • Anchor distribution map
  • Written recommendations
  • No placement commitment

Growth

  • Higher monthly ceiling
  • Anchor plan maintained across cycles
  • Multilingual publishers available
  • Quarterly strategy review
  • Priority on reclamation work

The process

  1. Review and adjustEvery cycle we look at what moved and what did not, and we change the shortlist accordingly. A plan that never changes is a plan nobody is reading.
  2. Re-check on a schedulePlacements are revisited long after they are invoiced. A link that vanishes in month four is our problem to raise, not yours to discover.
  3. Read the site firstBefore any outreach we go through the pages you want to rank, the profile you already have, and the competitors you keep losing to. Sometimes this ends with us recommending you spend the budget on the pages instead.
  4. Place in contextYour link goes where a reader would reasonably follow it, surrounded by text that makes the reference make sense. Position inside the article is negotiated, not left to chance.
  5. Agree the shortlistYou see every publisher before we approach them, with the reasoning attached. Anything you are not comfortable with comes off the list and nothing is placed on a site you have not seen.
  6. Write to their standardThe draft has to survive their editor, not ours. If it needs three rounds it gets three rounds — a piece that reads like filler undermines the link sitting inside it.

The work itself

Niche edits

Where an existing page already covers your topic well, we approach the editor about adding a reference. Cheaper than a new post and often better placed, because the page already has history.

Link profile audit

A full read of what you have, what is doing work, what is dead weight and what is actively risky. You get the audit whether or not you go on to buy placements.

Editorial guest posts

We pitch a genuine article idea to the publisher, write it to their standard, and place your link inside the body where it supports the argument. No author boxes, no sidebar dumping.

Reclamation and repair

Unlinked brand mentions, broken references to pages you moved, links lost in a site redesign. Recovering these is unglamorous and it is frequently the highest-return work available.

Migration link care

Site moves are where profiles quietly bleed out. We map the old link targets, watch the redirects and chase the publishers whose links broke in the process.

Digital PR outreach

Longer campaigns built around something worth writing about — original data, a strong opinion, a tool. Slower to start, but the coverage tends to keep arriving after the campaign ends.

What we will not do

Niches and languages

The publisher list is deliberately narrow and grows slowly. Every addition is read, checked and usually trialled on our own projects before a client sees it.
